WE ship everywhere, except within Canada we cannot ship outside of BC. Tobacco related laws differ from country to country, therefore the client takes on the responsibility for the introduction of tobacco products into their country.

You must be at least 21 Years of age to buy cigars or tobacco products from us. An ID check may be required.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery will usually take from 2 to 8 business days, depending on the level of service you choose, and all orders are packaged to ensure your order is received in the condition you would expect from your professional full-service tobacconist. All orders are shipped with bands on and in factory sealed boxes.

How much will shipping cost for my order?

Standard shipping costs $40.00cnd. and up to $70.00cnd. for overnight service, regardless of order size (one of the most competitive rates available). This rate includes shipping and insurance on all our fully guaranteed orders.

Returns & Replacements

Before returning any cigars to us please contact us either through our toll free number 1-877-905-2423 or CLICK HERE to send us an email. We will respond to you generally the same day, or the next day if y ou contact us outside of business hours.

If it is necessary for you to return cigars we cannot be held responsible for the cost of shipping the cigars back to us including any duties, taxes etc incurred. We also cannot refund the charges we made for shipping the cigars to you. We will provide a refund only on cigars which we receive back undamaged.

We suggest you ship the package in a traceable method. You must be sure to package cigars appropriately for transport so that they do not dry out in transit as we cannot be responsible for cigars that do not arrive to us in the same condition as we shipped them to you.

All of our Cigars come from the only authorized importer of CUban Cigars into Canada, "Havana House".  This means that each box we receive and sell comes from Havana House and will show the Habanos / Havana House Hologram Seal, ensuring authenticity.

We are also authorized Habanos Dealer, and 100% guarantee authenticity and 
quality on all our cigars. If your not happy with your order we will refund your money or replace your order free of charge at your discretion.
